In ceramica, svolgono un ruolo fondamentale nella fase di scelta e confezionamento, nella quale \u00e8 determinante la presa della ventosa sulle lastre di polistirolo.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Quando il materiale della ventosa \u00e8 rigido, o quando la qualit\u00e0 del polistirolo \u00e8 inadeguata (cio\u00e8 presenta sfere eccessivamente grandi che determinano avvallamenti sulla superficie), possono verificarsi problemi di adesione durante il processo. Infatti, nel momento in cui il labbro delle ventose in gomma al nitrile (NBR) si colloca su questi avvallamenti, la presa della ventosa tramite vuoto viene compromessa.<\/p>\n<p>La soluzione proposta da Gmm \u00e8 rappresentata dalle ventose Festo ESS in silicone VMQ. A differenza delle ventose realizzate in gomma al nitrile, le ventose ESS sono in grado di ovviare a questa problematica, proprio grazie alla flessibilit\u00e0 del silicone VMQ con cui sono realizzate, che permette un\u2019adesione ottimale alle lastre di polistirolo, facilitando cos\u00ec il processo nella sua totalit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre che per la fase di confezionamento nell&#8217;industria ceramica, le ventose ESS sono utilizzate in molteplici settori applicativi.
